In addition to his highly technical background and technical leadership experience, Tom is a seasoned security business strategist and has formulated the go-to-market strategy and services portfolios for multiple respected and successful organizations. Tom has been the architect of multiple, highly successful security mergers & acquisitions in the cyber security industry.

Tom has published several books on the topic of information security including "Cyber Adversary Characterization - Auditing the Hacker Mind" and a contributor to the popular "Stealing the Network" Series. Mr. Parker is a frequent speaker at conferences around the globe including the BlackHat Briefings and lends his time to lecturing at Universities, involvement in community research initiatives and is often called to provide his expert opinion to mass media organizations, including BBC News, CNN, and online/print outlets such as Vanity Fair, The Register, Reuters News, Wired and Business Week.

Evan Tegethoff, VP, Solutions Engineering, Bitsight
Evan Tegethoff is an information security professional currently serving as the Vice President of Solutions Engineering at BitSight. With over 23 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry, Evan helps organizations holistically consider cybersecurity, data protection, technology, and business risk as a unified concept.

Prior to BitSight, Evan developed third-party risk programs for numerous large organizations, through his work with Optiv, Accuvant, and Forsythe Technologies. Additionally, he has led consulting teams focused on third party risk assessment, compliance and risk management.

Evan holds a CISSP certification and is a Certified Third Party Risk Professional (CTPRP), and was previously an ISO 27001 Assessor and PCI QSA.
