#1759133: Beyond MFA: Protecting the Browser Session From Identity Attacks - Nov. 12, 2026
| Description: |
MFA can prove that a user authenticated successfully, but it cannot by itself guarantee that the person using the resulting session is still that user. Adversary in the middle attacks, infostealers and browser based threats increasingly target session cookies and tokens after authentication, turning a legitimate session into an attacker’s access path. The next step in identity security is therefore continuous session protection: combining identity, device and browser signals to detect suspicious activity, making stolen session credentials harder to reuse and automatically terminating or restricting compromised sessions. The browser is no longer simply where users access applications. It can become an active enforcement layer that helps determine whether an authenticated session should continue to be trusted. Join this webinar to learn how to: Close the post authentication gap: Detect threats that occur after successful login, including stolen session tokens and cookies. Continuously evaluate trust: Combine identity, device, browser and behavioral signals rather than treating authentication as a one time decision. Respond before access becomes compromise: Automatically revoke, restrict or require reauthentication when a session shows signs of takeover. |
